Chap. XXXVI.— An Act *to change the times of holding the district courts of the United States for the western district of Virginia, held at Clarksburg.*(*a*)(*a*) See notes of the acts relating to the district courts of Virginia, vol. iii. p. 473.March 3, 1835. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America, in Congress assembled*, That from and after the second Court to be held on the first Mondays of June and November.of August next, the sessions of the district court of the United States for the western district of Virginia, required by law to be holden at Clarksburg, shall be held on the first Mondays of June and November annually.
