April 17, 1828. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * An agent or agents, to be employed in prosecuting the designation, &c., of the line forming the north-eastern That the President of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint such agent or agents as may be usefully employed in prosecuting the designation and settlement of the line forming the north-eastern boundary of the United States and bring- TWENTIETH CONGRESS.
