Chap. XXV.— An Act to continue in force an act authorizing the importation and allowance of drawback on brandy in casks of a capacity not less than fifteen gallons. Feb. 27, 1830. *Be it exacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of March 2, 1827, ch. 55.Act authorizing importation of brandy in casks of 15 gallons, &c. continued in force. That the act entitled “An act to authorize the importation of brandy in casks of a capacity not less than fifteen gallons, and the exportation of the same for the benefit of a drawback of the duties,” approved second March, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-seven, be, and the same is hereby, continued in force.
