Chap. XXIII.— An Act *to provide for the further compensation if the marshal of the district of Delaware.* Feb. 24, 1835. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, That the marshal of the district Additional salary to marshal of the district of Delaware.of Delaware shall be entitled to receive, in addition to the compensation now allowed by law, an annual salary of two hundred dollars, payable quarterly, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated.
