Chap. XXII.— An Act authorizing the sale of a tract of land therein named. Feb. 12, 1831. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, That it shall be the duty of the President of the United States to offer at public sale, as soon as may be, the south-west, north-west, and north-east quarters of section number twenty-five, of township number six, in range number one west, in the Cincinnati district, under the same rules and regulations that govern the sale of other public lands of the United States. Approved, February 12, 1831.
