Chap. XCII.— An act *to alter the time of holding the district court of the United States for the western district of Louisiana*.(*a*)(*a*) See notes to the acts relating to the district court in Louisiana, vol. iii. p, 774. May 22, 1832. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Court to be held 2d Monday in June. That the district court of the United States for the western district of Louisiana, shall be hereafter holden on the second Monday of June, in each year, instead of the third Munday of August, as is now required by law.
TWENTY-SECOND CONGRESS. Sess. I. Ch. 93, 104, 105. 1832. 517 Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted*, That all proceedings of a civil or criminal nature now pending in, or returnable to, said court, shall be proceeded in by the said court, in the same manner as if no alteration of the time for holding said court had taken place. Approved, May 22, 1832.
