Chap. IV.— An Act to revive and continue in force, an act, entitled “An act fixing the compensations of the secretary of the Senate and clerk of the House of Representatives, of the clerks employed in their offices, and of the librarian.” Feb. 1, 1826. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of April 18, 1818, ch. 69, revived, and to continue in force for three years. That an act passed the eighteenth of April, one thousand eight hundred and eighteen, entitled “An act fixing the compensation of the secretary of the Senate and clerk of the House of Representatives, of the clerks employed in their offices, and of the librarian,” be, and the same is hereby, declared to be revived, and to continue in force for three years, and until the termination of the session of Congress next ensuing.
