Chap. CXXVIII.— An Act supplementary to “An act providing for the disposition of three several tracts of land, in Tuscarawas county, in the state of Ohio, and for other purposes,” passed the twenty-sixth of May, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-four. May 20, 1826. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of May 26, 1824, ch. 174.The provisions of the act to be carried into effect. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized to adopt such measures as, in his judgment, the interests of the United States, and the parties concerned, may require, for the purpose of carrying into full and complete effect the provisions of the act to which this is a supplement, and the intentions of Congress, as expressed in said act.
