May 26, 1824. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* ThatThe issuing of land warrants revived and continued in force for five years. the authority granted to the Secretary of the Department of War, by an act, approved the twenty-fourth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and nineteen, to issue warrants for the military land bounties, to persons entitled thereto, shall be revived and continued in force for the term of five years.
