Chap. CL.— An Act to increase the number of surgeons and assistant surgeons in the army of the United States. June 28, 1832. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, Four surgeons and ten surgeon’s mates. That the President be, and he is hereby, authorized, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to appoint four additional surgeons and ten additional surgeon’s mates, in the army of the United States. Approved, June 28, 1832.
