Chap. CIII.— An Act to repeal a part of the act, entitled “An act supplementary to, and to amend an act, entitled ‘An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage,’” passed the second of March, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine, and for other purposes. May 24, 1828. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Act of March 2, 1799, ch. 22.37th section of act of 1st March, 1823, ch. 21, repealed.
That, the thirty-seventh section of the act passed on the first of March, one thousand eight hundred and twenty-three, entitled “An act supplementary to, and to amend an act, entitled ‘An act to regulate the collection of duties on imports and tonnage,’ passed second of March, one thousand seven hundred and ninety-nine, and for other purposes,” be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Approved, May 24, 1828.
