Chap. CII.— An Act making an appropriation for the navy hospital fund. May 24, 1828. [Obsolete.] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Appropriation. That the sum of forty-six thousand two hundred and seventeen dollars and fourteen cents be appropriatedVol. ii. 53, 293. out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the navy hospital fund; and that the Secretary of the Treasury be directed to pay the same to the commissioners of the aforesaid fund upon their requisition. Approved, May 24, 1828.
