Chap. CI.— An Act to authorize the correction of erroneous selections of land granted to the state of Indiana, for the purpose of constructing the Michigan road.June 28, 1834. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Indiana to select lands in lieu of those formerly selected. States of America, in Congress assembled,* That the state of Indiana be, and hereby is authorized to select other lands in lieu of sections numbered eighteen and twenty-nine, and fractional section numbered thirty-two, in township thirty-seven north, of range one, east, heretofore selected, to be applied to the purpose of constructing the Michigan road in Indiana; the selections authorized by this act to be made on any unsold land, within the district where the above-mentioned lands lie, and shall be applied to the same object, and the first named selections are hereby declared void and of no effect.
