Chap. CCXXXIII.— An Act *making additional appropriations for pay of the marine corps.*(*a*)(*a*) See notes of acts passed relating to the marine corps, vol. i. p. 594. May 31, 1830. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled, * Marine corps. Appropriations. That there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasury, not otherwise appropriated, a sum sufficient to pay the extra emoluments directed to be paid to the Resolution of May 29, 1830.officers of the marine corps by a joint resolution, approved the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and thirty. Approved, May 31, 1830.
