CHAP. 99.— An Act For the relief of James Stanton. April 28, 1916.[[H. R. 5835](/us/bill/64/hr/5835).][[Private, No. 18](/us/pvtl/64/18).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James Stanton.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to James Stanton, of Leavenworth, Kansas, out of any money m the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,912.40, the same being for extra work performed by said James Stanton on a contract with the War Department, dated June eighth, nineteen hundred and eight, for grading, paving, curbing, and rock hauling on Grant Avenue, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
