CHAP. 97.— An Act For the relief of S. Spencer Carr. February 19, 1917.[[H. R. 10697](/us/bill/64/hr/10697).][[Private, No. 193](/us/pl/64/193).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, S. Spencer Carr. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably 1479 discharged soldiers, S. Spencer Carr, who was a first lieutenant of Company B, Eighth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States, as a first lieutenant of said company and regiment, on the eighteenth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, *Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. or allowances shall be held as accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 19, 1917.
