CHAP. 94.— An Act For the relief of the United States Drainage and Irrigation Company. April 27, 1916.[[H. R. 7248](/us/bill/64/hr/7248).][[Private, No. 17](/us/pvtl/64/17).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, United States Drainage and Irrigation Company.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the United States Drainage and Irrigation Company, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of New York, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $9,498.43, which sum is hereby appropriated, the same being payment in full for additional work performed by said United States Drainage and Irrigation Company under its certain contract with the War Department, dated December fifteenth, nineteen hundred and eleven, for jetty work at the mouth of Broadkill River, Delaware.
