CHAP. 91.— AN ACT Providing for the establishment of two additional terms of the district court for the eastern district of North Carolina at Raleigh, North Carolina. April 27, 1916.[[S. 4480](/us/bill/64/s/4480).][[Public, No. 59](/us/pl/64/59).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That two additional terms North Carolina eastern judicial district. Terms at Raleigh. Vol. 38, p. 729, amended.of district court, for the trial of civil cases, for the eastern district of North Carolina shall be held at Raleigh, North Carolina, on the first Monday in March and the first Monday in September. Approved, April 27, 1916.
