CHAP. 9.— AN ACT Authorizing the construction of a bridge across the Arkansas River at or near Tulsa, Oklahoma. January 12, 1916.[[H. R. 3681](/us/bill/64/hr/3681).][[Public, No. 4](/us/pl/64/4).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the County of Arkansas River. Tulsa County, Okla., may bridge, at Tulsa.Tulsa, in the State of Oklahoma, be, and is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Arkansas River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Tulsa, Construction.
