CHAP. 88.— An Act For the relief of S. S. Yoder. February 17, 1917.[[H. R. 11288](/us/bill/64/hr/11288).][[Private, No. 190](/us/pl/64/190).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, S. S. Yoder. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of the revenues of the District of Columbia, to S. S. Yoder the sum of $1,000, which said sum was deposited with the proper authorities as a guaranty that the Washington, Spa Springs and Gretta Railroad Vol. 34, p. 894. would be constructed in accordance with the provisions of an Act of Congress approved February eighteenth, nineteen hundred and seven, and which provisions have been complied with.
