CHAP. 85.— AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the county commissioners of Warren County, Pennsylvania, to construct a bridge across the Allegheny River in the borough or Warren, county of Warren, in the State of Pennsylvania. April 21, 1916.[[S. 5229](/us/bill/64/s/5229).][[Public, No. 55](/us/pl/64/55).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Congress Allegheny River. Warren County, Pa., may bridge.is hereby granted to the county commissioners of the county of Warren, in the State of Pennsylvania, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the borough of Warren, in the county of Warren, in the State of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of Construction.
