CHAP. 82.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent relatives of such soldiers and sailors. April 20, 1916.[[S. 3984](/us/bill/64/s/3984).)[[Private, No. 12](/us/pvtl/64/12).] That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.Patience Rosa Archer.The name of Patience Rosa Archer, former widow of John Rosa, late of Companies E and D, Tenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month.

Pribble, late of Company E, Seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $36 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
