CHAP. 80.— An Act For the relief of John B. Hoover. February 15, 1917.[[H. R. 5262](/us/bill/64/hr/5262).][[Private, No. 186](/us/pl/64/186).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John B. Hoover. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John B. Hoover the sum of $145.30, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, amount expended by him out of his personal funds for medical services of agency physician during his incumbency as superintendent at Fort McDermitt Indian School, from July first, nineteen hundred and nine, to October fifteenth, nineteen hundred and nine.
