CHAP. 79.— AN ACT To authorize the city of Fairmont to construct and operate a bridge across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, in the State of West Virginia. April 17, 1916.[[H. R. 10139](/us/bill/64/hr/10139).][[Public, No. 54](/us/pl/64/54).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the city of Fairmont, Monongahela River. Fairmont, W. Va., may bridge.municipal corporation under the laws of the State of West Virginia, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Monongahela River at or near the city of Fairmont, in Marion County, West Virginia, at a point suitable Constriction.
Vol. 34, p. 84.to interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
