CHAP. 77.— An Act For the relief of Martin V. Parmer. February 15, 1917.[[S. 2880](/us/bill/64/s/2880).][[Private, No. 183](/us/pl/64/183).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Martin V. Parmer. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Martin V. Parmer, late of One hundred and thirty-eighth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably 1476 from the military service of the United States as a member of said company on the fourth day of August, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Proviso*.
No prior pension. *Provided*, That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 15, 1917.
