CHAP. 76.— An Act For the relief of Peter Kenney. February 15, 1917.[[S. 1553](/us/bill/64/s/1553).][[Private, No. 182](/us/pl/64/182).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Peter Kenney. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, or benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Peter Kenney, late of Company G, Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the fifth day of February, eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, *Proviso*.
No prior pension. That no pension shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, February 15, 1917.
