CHAP. 76.— An Act For the relief of Warren E. Day. April 14, 1916.[[S. 1048](/us/bill/64/s/1048).][[Private, No. 11](/us/pvtl/64/11).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theWarren E. Day.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Warren E. Day, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,200, being for professional services rendered and medicine furnished the Hualapai Indians in Arizona Territory, under the orders and approval of the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, during the years eighteen hundred and eighty-three and eighteen hundred and eighty-four: *Provided*, That the acceptance of*Proviso*.Settlement in full. said sum shall be considered as final settlement of all claims of every kind whatsoever against the United States.
