CHAP. 72.— An Act To authorize the construction, maintenance, and operation of a wagon bridge across the Saint Francis River at a point one-half mile northwest of Parkin, Cross County, Arkansas. February 15, 1917.[[S. 6956](/us/bill/64/s/6956).][[Public, No. 323](/us/pl/64/323).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Saint Francis River.Cross County, Ark., may bridge, near Parkin. That improvement district Numbered One of Cross County, Arkansas, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Saint Francis River at a point one-half mile northwest of Parkin, Cross County, Arkansas, and at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, February 15, 1917.
