CHAP. 70.— An Act To repeal an Act entitled “An Act granting to the city of Twin Falls, Idaho, certain lands for reservoir purposes,” approved June seventh, nineteen hundred and twelve, and to revoke the grant made thereby. February 15, 1917.[[S. 1740](/us/bill/64/s/1740).][[Public, No. 321](/us/pl/64/321).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That an Act entitled “AnTwin Falls, Idaho.Grant of land to, revoked.Vol. 37, p. 130, repealed.
Act granting to the city of Twin Falls, Idaho, certain lands for reservoir purposes,” approved June seventh, nineteen hundred and twelve, be, and the same is hereby, repealed, and the grant thereby made to the city of Twin Falls, Idaho, for the benefit of said city is hereby revoked and declared of no effect. Approved, February 15, 1917.
