CHAP. 7.— AN ACT Authorizing the Pennsylvania Railroad Company to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Allegheny River at Oil City, Venango County, Pennsylvania. December 18, 1915.[[S. 696](/us/bill/64/s/696).][[Public, No. 3](/us/pl/64/3).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Pennsylvania Allegheny River. Pennsylvania Railroad Company may bridge at Oil City, Pa.Railroad Company, a railroad corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, be, and it is hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in Oil City, County of Venango, and Construction.
