CHAP. 52.— An Act For the relief of Stephen J. Simpson. February 12, 1917.[[H. R. 7763](/us/bill/64/hr/7763).][[Private, No. 177](/us/pl/64/177).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and. House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen J. Simpson. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Stephen J. Simpson, late of Company F, Thirty-first Illinois Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the nineteenth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-five: *Proviso*.
No pay, etc. *Provided*, That no bounty, pay, or allowance shall accrue by virtue of the passage of this Act. Approved, February 12, 1917.
