CHAP. 50.— An Act For the relief of Anna O. Parrett. February 9, 1917.[[H. R. 10173](/us/bill/64/hr/10173).][[Private, No. 175](/us/pl/64/175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Anna C. Parrett. Payment to, for loss of son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to 1474 Anna C. Parrett, dependent mother of Ralph G. Dusell, who lost his life by accidental drowning on July thirteenth, nineteen hundred and fifteen, while in the employ of the Biological Survey, the sum of $900, the same being the amount of the annual salary which the said Ralph G.
Dusell was receiving from the department at the time of his death, and the sum of $900 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act. Approved, February 9, 1917.
