Res., No. 34](/us/bill/64/pubres/34)] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the limitation of sectionCustoms.Withdrawals from bonded warehouse far export. twenty-nine hundred and seventy-one of the Revised Statutes of the United States as to the period (luring which merchandise may remain in bonded warehouse without the payment of duty for exportationTime extended for goods to Mexico. to Mexico be, and the same hereby is, extended to all merchandise which was in bonded warehouse on August first, nineteen[R.
S., see. 2971, p, 573, amended](/us/rs/s2971/p573). hundred and sixteen, and intended for exportation to Mexico, until such time as in the opinion of the Secretary of the Treasury conditions in Mexico are such as to make it commercially practicable to export the merchandise to that country.
