CHAP. 439.— An Act To authorize the county commissioners of Aitkin County, Minnesota, and the town board of Logan Township, in said county and said State, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River on the line between sections twenty-six and twenty-seven, township forty-nine north, range twenty-five west, fourth principal meridian. September 5, 1916[[H. R. 13835](/us/bill/64/hr/13835)][[Public, No. 255](/us/pl/64/255)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Mississippi River.Aitkin County and Logan Township, Minn., may bridge.
That the county commissioners of Aitkin County, Minnesota, and the town board of Logan Township, in said county and said State, are hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at its intersection with the division line between sections twenty-six and twenty-seven, township forty-nine north, range twenty-five west, fourth principal meridian, in the county of Aitkin, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, September 5, 1916.
