CHAP. 430.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war. August 31, 1916.[[H. R. 15494](/us/bill/64/hr/15494).][[Private, No. 145](/us/pl/64/145).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— The name of Ellen Rohr, former widow of William E.
Scott, late Pension. Ellen Rohr. of Company B, Thirteenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $12 per month. The name of John W. Guilliams, late of Company B, One hundred Pensions increased. John W. Guilliams. and fifty-first Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $24 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. The name of John Welsh, late of Company G, Tenth Regiment John Welsh. Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $36 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.

Griswold, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That in the event of the death of Delia E. Griswold, the name of said Lena Griswold shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of $12 per month from and after the date of death of said Delia E.
