R. 8452](/us/bill/64/hr/8452).][[Private, No. 167](/us/pl/64/167).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charles L. Moore. Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Charles L. Moore, of Pesotum, Illinois, the sum of $26, the amount being due him for extra pay and disallowed October ninth, nineteen hundred and one. Approved, February 8, 1917.
