CHAP. 41.— AN ACT To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Pend Oreille River, between the towns of Metaline and Metaline Falls, in the State of Washington. March 13, 1916.[[S. 3144](/us/bill/64/s/3144).][[Public, No. 29](/us/pl/64/29).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Pend Oreille County, Pend Oreille River. Pend Oreille County, etc., Wash., may bridge, Metaline to Metaline Falls.State of Washington, and the towns of Metaline and Metaline Falls, Pend Oreille County, Washington, their successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized, jointly or separately, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Pend Oreille River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, Construction.
