CHAP. 404.— Joint Resolution Providing for the relief of flood sufferers in the State of West Virginia. August 24, 1916[[H. J. Res. 298](href=/us/bill/64/hjres/298)][[Pub. Res., No. 31](/us/bill/64/pubres/31)] *Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Flood sufferers, West Virginia.Relief of.*Ante*, p. 434. That the appropriation of $540,000 made by the joint resolution approved August third, nineteen hundred and sixteen, for the relief of flood sufferers in the States of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and Mississippi, is made available for the same purposes and to the same extent of relief for flood sufferers in the State of West Virginia.
