CHAP. 403.— An Act For the relief of Nelson T. Saunders. August 23, 1916.[[S. 1818](/us/bill/64/s/1818).][[Private, No. 136](/us/pl/64/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Nelson T. Saunders. Military record corrected. That in the administration of the laws conferring rights, privileges and benefits upon honorably discharged officers, Nelson T. Saunders, late commissary sergeant of the Sixty-fourth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been mustered into service as a second lieutenant of Company F, Sixty-fourth New York Volunteer Infantry, September thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, vice Charles W.
Schutt, promoted, and to have been honorably discharged as of that grade and organization October thirteenth, *Proviso*. No back pay, etc. eighteen hundred and sixty-four: *Provided*, That no back pay, bounty, or pension shall become due or payable by reason of the passage of this Act. Approved, August 23, 1916.
