CHAP. 40.— AN ACT To extend the time for the completion of dams across the Savannah River by authority granted to Twin City Power Company by an Act approved February twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and eight, as amended by Act approved June third, nineteen hundred and twelve. March 1, 1916.[[H. R. 157](/us/bill/64/hr/157).][[Public, No. 28](/us/pl/64/28).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of Congress Savannah River.
Time extended for damming, by Twin City Power Company. Vol. 35, p. 36; Vol. 37, p. 120, amended.is hereby granted for the extension of the time allowed to the Twin City Power Company to construct dams across the Savannah River authorized by an Act of February twenty-ninth, nineteen hundred and eight, as amended by Act approved June third, nineteen hundred and twelve, until three years from the date fixed in the amending Act for its completion, to wit, February twenty-eighth, nineteen hundred and nineteen.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to amend, alter, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 1, 1916.
