CHAP. 390.— An Act For the relief of Theodore Bagge. August 21, 1916.[[H. R. 10643](/us/bill/64/hr/10643).][[Private, No. 129](/us/pl/64/129).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Theodore Bagge. Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Theodore Bagge the sum of $221.91, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for injury sustained on the twenty-fourth day of April, m the year nineteen hundred and seven, while employed by the United States Government on the United States dredge Ajax.
