CHAP. 389.— An Act For the relief of Fred Henderson. August 21, 1916.[[H. R. 10641](/us/bill/64/hr/10641).][[Private, No. 128](/us/pl/64/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fred Henderson. Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Fred Henderson the sum of $43.75, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for injury sustained on the sixteenth day of September, in the year nineteen hundred and six, while employed by the United States Government in the Government Arsenal at Rock Island, Illinois.
