CHAP. 380.— An Act For the relief of Erskine R. Hayes. August 21, 1916.[[H. R. 7062](/us/bill/64/hr/7062).][[Private, No. 119](/us/pl/64/119).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Erskine R. Hayes. Payment to, for injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Erskine R. Hayes, the sum of $3,000, in full compensation for injuries received on the sixteenth day of December, nineteen hundred and two, while in the performance of his duty as an employee of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Treasury Department, in the city of Washington, District of Columbia.
