CHAP. 38.— Joint Resolution To amend an Act entitled “An Act granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war,” approved February twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and fifteen. February 28, 1916.[[H. J. Res. 89](/us/bill/64/hjres/89).][[Priv. Res., No. 1](/us/privres/64/1).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Omnibus pension Act, February 25, 1915.Error corrected.Vol. 38, p. 1489.
That the paragraph in the Act entitled “An Act granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Civil War and certain widows and dependent children of soldiers and sailors of said war,” approved February twenty-fifth, nineteen hundred and fifteen, private Act Numbered One hundred and ninety-three, Sixty-third Congress, granting an increase of pension to George A. Kogle, late of Company I, One hundred and sixtieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and to pay him a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, be corrected and amended to read as follows:
" George A. Kogle.Pension increased.“The name of George A. Kogle, late of Company I, One hundred and sixteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.” " Approved, February 28, 1916.
