CHAP. 375.— An Act For the relief of the estate of William D. Allen. August 21, 1916.[[H. R. 2052](/us/bill/64/hr/2052).][[Private, No. 114](/us/pl/64/114).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William D. Allen. Payment to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the legal heirs of William D. Allen, deceased, of Oswego, New York, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $320, for work performed in the release and rescue of the lighthouse tender Hare.
