CHAP. 372.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to Trumbull County, Ohio, to construct a bridge across the Mahoning River in the State of Ohio. August 21, 1916[[H. R. 16912](/us/bill/64/hr/16912)][[Public, No. 227](/us/pl/64/227)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent of CongressMahoning River.Trumbull County may bridge, Warren, Ohio. is hereby granted to Trumbull County, Ohio, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mahoning River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Warren, in the county of Trumbull, in the State of Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of theConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, August 21, 1916.
