CHAP. 358.— An Act Granting pensions and increase of pensions to certain soldiers and sailors of the Regular Army and Navy, and certain soldiers and sailors of wars other than the Civil War, and to widows of such soldiers and sailors. August 19, 1916.[[H. R. 15957](/us/bill/64/hr/15957).][[Private, No. 112](/us/pl/64/112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pensions. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws— Pension.
Frank O’Brien. The name of Frank O’Brien, late of Company E, One hundred and sixty-first Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month. Pensions increased. Charles E. Shermer. The name of Charles E. Shermer, late of Company K, Thirty-fourth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, War with Spain, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Daniel Grubb. The name of Daniel Grubb, late of Company C, Thirty-seventh Regiment United States Infantry, Regular Establishment, and pay him a pension at the rate of $12 per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
