CHAP. 353.— An Act For the relief of Charlotte M. Johnston. August 18, 1916.[[H. R. 7883](/us/bill/64/hr/7883).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pl/64/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Charlotte M. Johnston. Payment to, for death of son. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $1,000 to Charlotte M. Johnston, mother of Frank Volney Johnston, postmaster at Tecate, California, border line of Mexico, who was killed in the discharge of his duty. Approved, August 18, 1916.
