CHAP. 349.— An Act For the relief of certain settlers under reclamation projects. August 17, 1916[[H. R. 10116](/us/bill/64/hr/10116)][[Public, No. 212](/us/pl/64/212)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Yuma irrigation project, Ariz.Settlers within, allowed credit for residence, etc., on farm unit ntry. That any person who has heretofore established residence upon and improved any tract of land within the irrigable area of the Yuma reclamation project in Arizona withdrawn from entry under the provisions of the reclamation law and Acts supplementary thereto and amendatory thereof, and who shall have made valuable improvements upon such lands, and who has resided thereon in good faith for two years prior to the passage Vol. 32, p. 388.of this Act, may make entry for the farm unit upon which his residence is established, and that such residence and improvements heretofore made shall be credited upon his final proof.
