CHAP. 348.— An Act For the relief of the administrator of the estate of John M. Waples. August 16, 1916.[[H. R. 11749](/us/bill/64/hr/11749).][[Private, No. 104](/us/pl/64/104).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,John M. Waples.Payment to administrator of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the administrator of the estate of John M. Waples, deceased, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $130.43, which sum is hereby appropriated, the same being the amount of accrued pension due the deceased from June fourth, nineteen hundred and fifteen, until the day of his death, December fifth, nineteen hundred and fifteen.
